Let's get to know you and your business a little bit better! I'd like to try and get what's in your head onto paper, so we can achieve the best result for you. Take your time and answer as much as possible, in detail. If you have any questions, let me know and we can set up a branding call. It can help to create a Pinterest Board showing visual representations and ideas/examples of what you like, and link it below. Once you've submitted this brief, I'll contact you regarding the next steps.
Lets Go! I'm ready!
I'm not ready. ( Thats fine, come back when you're 100% ready to build your brand!)
Describe your business. What change do you create for your clients? What makes your business unique? What it means to you, and your clients?
What is your vision or mission statement / business description?* Your brand story... A sentence that would belong on your "about us" page.
Why do you do what you do?* What's your favourite part/s of the job you do and what gets you up every morning ready to do it again?
Who is your audience? What brands are they attracted to? What's their age? Sex? Income? Industry? Values? (If you have more than one audience, break them into audience #1 etc.) Example: middle and upper-class women 25-35 who are young professionals or young moms. They care about how they look and what they are putting into their body. They want personal attention and are willing to spend $500-$1,000/month on someone who will take the time to make a personal nutrition plan for them.
What does your customer want that you can offer? Try and pare it down to one single focus that helps them (ex. saving money, saving time, gaining status, etc.) Example: I want to look and feel noticeably healthier.
What are the external, internal, and philosophical problems you’re solving for your audience? Example: External: I need a nutrition coach to help me eat well Example: Internal: I want to find clothing that suits my body Example: Philosophical: Everyone deserves to live empowered, to look and feel their best
What are some ways you show your audience empathy? Do you understand their struggles? Do you know the issues they are facing? Example: We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, live without focus, have a cluttered wardrobe.
What are some ways you can show authority? Do you have testimonials? Can you do a count of how many people you’ve helped? Do you have press articles?
What are some positive outcomes your customers can have after working with you? Example: You will be able to confidently make better choices and achieve your personal goals and better your relationships.
